The Balloonseal white has been designed to be created with barcode . The body of the seal is completely painted white to offer maximum readability for the barcode.
The seal head is made of tinned steel and is not painted. The double steel spring that is inside the head of the seal wraps around the hole that is in the tail of the seal.
This closure system makes the balloonseal among the safest band seals in the world.

RFID CABLE KEYHOLDER is a sturdy cable-style locking keyholder featuring high security thanks to the use of RFID technology. The robust carbonitrured steel cable with 3.5 mm (9/64″) of diameter and standard lenght of 337 mm (13″ 17/64″) has one floating end while the other end is captive. After inserting the keys, the cable lenght can be adjusted and once it is fixed no further accidental sliding can occur. The system prevents keys being dumped while being serviced.
The keyholder body is in solid shock-resistant polystyrene and is coloured in various colours to enable a way to code groups of keys to specific functions. Plastics used for the body is compliant with European Directive 2002/EC – Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS), and can be customised on request with laser engraving of numbers, codes and customer logo.
Keyholders are available in several lengths and custom lengths are also available on special order.
The use of RFID technology enables automatic and univocal identification of every keyholder, even when many of them are gathered together in a security bag or security box. Any attempt to open or cut and reconnect the cable is permanently registered by the RFID chiptag and evidence of the tamper is given when the keyholder is read again, for instance during daily check at time when keyholders are brought back to the main office by the security staff.

Cable seals are metal adjustable seals and as such they are extremely versatile and can be used in a wide set of different applications.

Cable seals 4×250 mm have the body completely made in anodised aluminium (*) and a steel cable comes out of it.

Once inserted the opposite end of the cable into the hole, and pulled it to the maximum possible extent, there will be no way to open the seal unless by breaking it with good shears.

Specifically CABLESEAL 4×250mm is suitable to meet security requirements in container shipping or rail transport.

This is a High Security Seal compliant with requirements impose by ISO 17712:2013.

Febo seal is a flat metal seal, specifically designed to seal drums. Once the seal is correctly locked it won’t be possible to open the drum unless the seal is breached, thus providing evidence of tampering. Febo seal metal seal is suitable for other applications such as truck, trailer doors and container since it is an extremely sturdy seal, resistant to any shock even the most violent.

It is always advisable to use security seals for drums or barrels, in particular during the transport of dangerous substances that must be carried out in compliance with ADR/RID/IMDG regulations.
As for plastic containers, polyethylene allows to obtain good containers for the transport of dangerous substances.
However, using a fixed length metal seals for drums helps to avoid further risks when handling the drum or the barrel.

We must pay close attention to polyethylene containers stacked and subjected to high temperatures: Any crushing and consequent falls of stacked barrels is a risk that should be taken into account.

Pay attention to the direct sunlight that attacks the molecular structure of polyethylene making it fragile. It is therefore suggested to use blue or dark colour drums or barrels. The stem/drum of this colour will be protected from ultra violet rays.
