LeghornGroup produces different models of seals for gas, water and electrical meters.
In particular, LeghornGroup was among the first companies to produce a self-locking wire seal more than 30 years ago. The evolution of the standard Twist seal is our Twistseal RFID UHF.

HOW TO USE IT
Insert the cable in one of the two holes on the body of the seal, paying attention to insert the same cable in the corresponding hole in the inner plastic cylinder.

To close it, turn the handle of the seal 360°. Once closed, it is advisable to snap off the handle. It is impossible to tamper the seal once it is secured.

Self locking wire seals that can be used with different sealing wires: galvanized, steel, brass and copper.

Self locking Triton seal is a wire seal that can be used in a variety of applications. Once the sealing wire is inserted in the appropriate holes, push down the “guillotine mechanism” to lock the seal.
The sealing wire used for seals cannot be pulled out again and any tampering attempts will turn out to be evident.

Triton seal is usually designed for gas and water meters but it can also be used to seal tanks or for the refinery sector.
This wire seal may be used with any types of sealing wire : galvanized, stainless steel, brass or copper. The sealing wire is generally supplied separately from the seal. Therefore, it can be purchased both in reels and in pre-cut parts.

On one side there will be the customization of the seal, while on the other one a sequential numbering is engraved.
For this model customization is both in hot print and laser marking.

Lead seals can be closed by using appropriate pliers that can also have their moulds customized with logo or writings. These are the cheapest seals on the market. However, their security level is very low.

We always suggest our customers to use at least a security seal with progressive numbering.

The transparent plastic allows a better control on the locking system.
It is one of the most affordable and secure wire seals on the market.
Once the wire has been insert in the appropriate holes, the “anchor” part will flatten it by making an U-shaped wire.
