The RFID laundry button tag is meticulously designed for the demands of harsh, hostile work environments.

HF/NFC and UHF laundry button tags are compact RFID solutions designed for secure attachment to garments via button sewing, hemming, or heat-applied patches. While the market primarily uses UHF transponders for laundry, there is a growing demand for NFC laundry tags compatible with mobile applications in certain scenarios.

RFID button transponders for laundry adequately meet these evolving needs and have found widespread application in the precise identification and tracking of textiles and industrial laundry items in industries such as hotels, healthcare facilities, and linen rental.

Tyres, due to their very similar appearance, are not easily identifiable. This is one of the challenges that must be addressed when inventorying and managing a tyre warehouse.

Large tyre distributors often face challenges in identifying individual tyres. RFID tyre labels, ensuring unique and automatic identification, solve this problem. Additionally, using these labels helps improve service for multiple tyre rentals.

The label we offer features a specific tyre adhesive. It is also a UHF RFID label specifically designed for tyres and offers excellent read performance whether applied to the inner metal surface or the outer rubber tread. This allows it to be read even from several meters away using the most suitable RFID reader. This makes inventory and storage operations quick and efficient, and allows each individual tyre to be quickly located, even if misplaced.

Furthermore, RFID can be used to uniquely identify each individual tyre for any related sales and service reporting.

RFID technology, applied to tyres, is therefore an efficient technical tool that optimises identification, management, monitoring, and recording of the entire tyre life cycle, from production to scrapping, including installation, use, maintenance, and/or replacement. This process helps improve the efficiency and accuracy of tyre management and optimises tyre use, extending their lifespan.

During the various phases of collection and transport, storage, conditioning and use, the sludge to be used in agriculture must be accompanied by an accompanying document compiled by the producer or holder and delivered to the person taking charge of the sludge (the original document and copies must be kept for a period of at least 6 years).

During the transport phase it is also necessary to accompany the sludge with the Identification Form (art. 15 Legislative Decree 22/1997 and Ministerial Decree no. 145 of 01/04/1998) which must be kept together with the waste loading and unloading registers for a period of at least 5 years from the date of the last movement (the absence or incorrect compilation is sanctioned by article 52 of Legislative Decree 22/97 Ronchi Decree);

LeghornGroup has been producing RFID technology seals for over 12 years.
The TITAN SEAL RFID UHF model is a very robust seal suitable for big bags.
It can be read from several meters away and has considerable resistance to atmospheric agents.
